Delivery Information

Here are the Christmas cutoff dates for our delivery partners' services:

During the holiday period, there will be no Royal Mail or DPD collections from our packhouse on the following dates: 24th, 25th, 26th December and 1st, 2nd January. Parcels ordered on these dates will be collected on 27th December or 3rd January, respectively.

Please note: all Christmas delivery dates are subject to change, and delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed due to increased demand on our delivery partners' services. We recommend ordering early to make sure you get your JAC products in time for the holidays.

Orders placed before 14:00, Mon-Fri, typically ship the same day, with exceptions during busy periods or due to specific order requirements.

Delivery Information:

Please be aware that there may be some delivery delays with Royal Mail / DPD due to the high demand during the Black Friday week and also on the run up to Christmas.

• Free Shipping for UK orders over £40. Choice between Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD Local Pickup.
• *Orders placed before 14:00, Mon - Fri ,typically ship the same day; exceptions during busy periods.
• Tracking numbers are provided in your confirmation email.
• For urgent shipments, contact customer support post-order.
• Business Days: Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
• Rates may change periodically based on carrier fees.

Age Verification

To comply with legal age requirements for purchasing vaping products, all JAC Vapour customers must verify their age upon delivery. This process is conducted by Royal Mail & DPD using the Challenge 25 approach.

Required ID for Verification

Please be ready to show one of the following valid, in-date IDs if asked by your delivery driver:

• Passport
• Photocard Driving Licence
• ID card for Foreign Nationals
• Military ID
• Police Warrant Card
• Royal Mail Employee ID
• NHS or senior citizen bus pass

Similarly, if you opt to collect your package from a local Customer Service Point or Post Office® branch, you will be asked to provide a suitable form of identification.

Our Order Statuses:

Once you have made an order with us here at JAC Vapour, your order will fall into one of the following statuses. This will help you understand when you should expect your delivery. You can find the status of your order in the "My Account" section.

• Awaiting Fulfilment: Order received.
• Shipped: Order has been dispatched
• Refunded: Order has been refunded
• Partial Refunded: Order had been partially refunded
• Cancelled: Order has been cancelled

Late Deliveries & Loss:

If you have an order that is taking longer than expected, these please follow these steps. Please be aware that JAC Vapour is not responsible for any postal network delays.

• Ensure address accuracy on order confirmation.
• Check tracking information for attempted deliveries on tracked services.
• Contact us for missing parcels; Royal Mail requires 10 working days post-expected delivery for loss claims.
• JAC Vapour is not responsible for postal network delays.

International Free Delivery

International Shipping Notes:

• Shipments are primarily through Royal Mail, with service type based on location.
• Lithium-ion batteries require specialist couriers due to aviation rules.
• Ensure accuracy of the shipping address; JAC Vapour isn't responsible for mistakes.
• No shipments to freight stations, PO boxes, or locations where signatures can't be obtained.
• Returned Packages: If returned, refunds (minus postage) will be processed in 1-3 business days.
• Import Duties: Orders exclude VAT. We don't cover import duties or customs taxes. Customers should research their region's import rules.

• Important: Be aware of your territory’s vaping goods legislation. JAC Vapour isn't liable for customs-rejected goods or the associated return shipping costs. If items are confiscated by customs, no refund will be provided.

If an international order is returned to us, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to process a refund for your order, minus any postage costs. Refunds take around 1-3 business days to show in your account.

JAC Vapour do not take any responsibility for incorrect addresses supplied by customers. Please check the address on your order confirmation and, if it’s incorrect, contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can get it corrected before your order ships.
